If your purchase isn’t right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. No hard feelings.

Eligibility

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, items that have been significantly used or tampered with may not be eligible for a full refund.

  • Sale and final-clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.

How to Start a Return

  2. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with your return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it at no cost.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
