If your purchase isn’t right for you, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. No hard feelings — we want you to feel amazing about your hair.
Eligibility

Products must be returned in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, items that have been significantly used or tampered with may not be eligible for a full refund.

Sale and final-clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.
How to Start a Return

Exchanges
Want a different shade? We’re happy to help. Just note your preferred shade when you request your exchange.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it at no cost.
